Lane has over 35 years of experience in wealth management, public accounting and  banking. He specializes in estate planning, income tax planning and investment planning for high net worth individuals and families.

He also serves on the Mid Coast Family Services Board, the Advisory Committee to establish an academic program in Financial Planning at Texas A&M University, the University of Houston-Victoria President’s Regional Advisory Board and the TD Ameritrade Institutional President’s Council.  Previously he served on the TSCPA Ethics Committee, the TD Ameritrade Institutional Advisor Panel, the First Victoria National Bank Board of Directors and the board of STAR (Child Study Clinic).

He is a managing member of the firm and is currently the Tax/Accounting Principal for Keller & Associates CPAs, PLLC and is a Lead Advisor and Managing Director of KMH Wealth Management, LLC.  His practice encompasses all facets of personal financial planning, tax return preparation and accounting.

Beginning in 2017, he became an assistant lecturer at Texas A&M University – College Station in the Financial Planning Department.  He currently serves as the President for the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants Victoria Chapter, is a member of the Victoria Area Estate Planning Council and is a Theatre Victoria board member.  Kyle enjoys fishing and playing golf.

Shelly is an Assistant Tax Manager and Family Services Manager who has been with the firm for over ten years.  Her area of practice includes tax return preparation, payroll, financial statement review and analysis, and day to day responsibilities of organizing and managing requirements associated with Family Office clients.

She was vice president of communications for the Victoria Professional Express Network, a chapter of the American Business Women’s Network.

Doris is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant to Lane Keller.  She joined the firm after 34 years in banking.  She is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  She assists with tax preparation.

Currently she serves on the Victoria Bach Festival Board.  She is a member of the TSCPA – Victoria Chapter.

Lorrie has over 30 years of accounting experience.  Her practice focuses in the tax and accounting area, specializing in oil and gas taxation and accounting.

She is a member of the TSCPA- Victoria Chapter.  Her interests include listening to her son’s classical piano compositions.

Greg has over 35 years of public accounting experience. He has been a CFP® professional since 1999.  He has presented seminars on retirement planning and investments where he focuses his practice.

He currently is a member of the Diocese of Victoria School Advisory Council and a volunteer mentor with the Victoria Business and Education Coalition.  He has previously served as past president of the TSCPA – Victoria Chapter.  He enjoys coaching and being involved in youth sports.

Megan is an Assistant Tax Manager and Marketing Associate for the firm and completed all the certification requirements and work experience to become a Certified Public Accountant.  Some of her responsibilities include tax return preparation, financial statement analysis, payroll and sales tax.

She is an avid volunteer at the Dorothy O’Connor Pet Adoption Center and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Victoria Professional Express Network, a chapter of the American Business Women’s Association.

Brenda is the Receptionist and an Administrative Assistant for the firm.  She is responsible for greeting clients, answering the phone, family and client monthly billing, and assisting staff with various other duties as needed. Brenda was previously in banking with 38 years of experience with 20 of those years at First Victoria.

Karol is an Administrative Assistant for the firm.  She is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, back up receptionist and assisting other staff.  She has over 33 years in banking, predominantly with First Victoria which is currently Prosperity Bank.

She currently serves as Immediate Past Chairman and Advisory Board member of the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent, Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church Finance Council Secretary, Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and School Endowment Funds Chairperson, Our Lady of Victory Cathedral –“Eternally We Build” Capital Campaign Committee Member, and a Hospice of South Texas board member.

Joe has over 40 years accounting experience.  His practice focuses on farm and ranch taxation.  Before joining Keller & Associates, he was controller for DeTar Hospital for 12 years.

He and his wife enjoy their cattle business and are involved with various fraternal and charitable organizations.  He currently serves as trustee board chairman for the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery Beautification Trust Fund, which he established, and is on the executive committee of the Da Costa Sons of Hermann Lodge No. 265.  He served as past president of the TSCPA Victoria Chapter and on the TSCPA Membership Committee.
